Today was my second interaction and I have found them to be polite, helpful and above all patient while I worked through various options and dates. I would highly recommend them to others looking for flights.
All very welcome but would it not be wiser to not place the cart before the horse Arik by getting the basics sorted out first – reliability, punctuality, consistency of aircraft meaning one day it’s an A340 and then next a B737-800 and proper in-flight entertainment. Basically, I flew Arik once on business to Lagos and vowed never again. It was a horrid experience. I do not know of any airline that acquires brand new planes yet screws up on the basics that normally keep customers coming back!!!
