I would like to take a moment to formally recognise the exceptional support and professionalism shown by Ian during a recent travel disruption involving my flight itinerary.
Due to my original flight being cancelled by the airline, I was placed in a very difficult situation where I had to rearrange multiple personal plans and coordinate everything around a completely new itinerary.
