We have been very happy with the service provided for us to date. We have been pretty demanding and agent has gone out of his way to make sure our requirements have been met, even arranging for alterations resulting from changes of mind on our part.
Just wanted to say that over the last 48 hrs I booked flights to and from Aus for a business trip and found the experience to be excellent. Agent could not have been more helpful and the overall price was substantially lower than using our corporate preferred travel agent.
Your agent has been fantastic with customer service whether it be with flight bookings or arranging a chauffeur pick up for me. He is reliable and efficient.
