(name removed) was very efficient and made me feel like she was actually interested in finding me a flight. She has found us flights cheaper then we could find ourselves. It was nice to hear a nice friendly voice but more important, someone who actually sounded genuine and interested.

I have to say (name removed) was brilliant with doing the arranging and sorting of my flight also finding me the best fare to New Zealand, nothing was too much trouble and she got back in touch when she said she would.
In this day customer service does not seem to be a priority so it was very refreshing that the service provided was good and I would recommend my friends to use this company, word of mouth always being better then trolling through the internet.
