Great first impression.
I have been most impressed by the advice given, the support offered and the quick reactions to requests/questions etc.
Has been excellent and arranged our trip to Australia without any fuss or bother for us and in a very quick time. Was clear and precise and very easy to deal with, both on the telephone and by e-mail – and also very patient with me when I couldn’t use my ‘modern technology’ efficiently!
We travel to Tasmania (Australia) every year to visit our sons and (name removed) will be our first port of enquiry next trip.
