Service very good.
I have found the service you have given to be spot on, it hasn’t been pushy, but I have been able to remember “Skyclub” with just the right amount of emails. Of course it goes without saying that you have been incredibly helpful and informative.
The service that I have received over the last two days from (name removed) could not in any way be bettered.

This being our first time booking in this class and as new BA Exec club members we needed “our hands held” and (name removed) did just that. What Customer Service is all about (perhaps you can lend her to all the major Banks as they need this type of Customer Service very urgently !!).
