Although I didn’t purchase tickets this time, I certainly check in with Leo next time.
Leo was very accommodating to my many (revised) requests and made a conscious effort to get back to me within a reasonable time frame, despite the eight-hour difference.
Hi. I use Jessica often to book my long haul travel for trips that are regularly complex and juggled around before final (and sometimes afterwards). She is always super helpful and friendly, no matter how many times I need to ask for changes.
Amy Middleton who dealt with my query was very helpful and put me at ease . It was quite a stressful time as I had been very ill whilst in Bali . I would recommend Amy to deal with any help or inquiries that you have . She knows the service inside out.
