I want to thank you for the fantastic service that you have provided in sourcing flights and accommodation for us to to take my wifes 91 year old mother to see her sister in Tasmania at Christmas. Not only did you source flights at the busiest time of the year, when others were telling us that there was little or no availability, you did it at short notice and at lower cost than others were quoting.
I was impressed by the way that you maintained contact, called back and kept me informed throughout. It genuinly felt as though I was the only customer that you were dealing with and I really appreciated your effort and determination to source the products that best met our needs.
