(name removed) guided us through booking business class flights and was very patient and considerate at all stages. This being our first time booking in this class and as new BA Exec club members we needed “our hands held” and (name removed) did just that. What Customer Service is all about (perhaps you can lend her to all the major Banks as they need this type of Customer Service very urgently !!).
