Superb service, extremely helpful.
I am very happy to say that you have been the most pleasant and helpful person I have spoken to for sometime. Was polite and answered all my queries with full information, giving me the options available. Made me feel like I was a special client. Did not sound like she was too busy or in a hurry to get over the phonecall to attend to someone else as is the case with so many travel agents these days.
