The Red Square is also where the best clubs, bars and lounges are situated meaning staying in the Red Square will cover all bases whilst on business trips.
The currency used in Russia is the Ruble. ATMs are the best way of withdrawing cash in Moscow, the rates that come with the exchange booths often come with heavy commission rates.
To maintain your safety it is best to stick to the city centre of Moscow, the outskirts of Moscow have some of the higher crime rates and are best to avoid especially after dark.
